I designed this blog to share some champion workout tips that I use for myself and others. I stress the importance of eating healthy and not drinking a lot of alcohol if you’re trying to lose weight or just get into better shape. After graduating from college, it was a difficult transition for me to cut out drinking at least 2-3 beers with my friends almost everyday. However, now that I’m older, I see the importance of making lifestyle changes in order to enhance my health, which helped me reach my fitness goals.
